This is a boat simulator for Maracaibo's lake, it was developed for the Instituto Nacional de Canalizaciones (INC) as a thesis project. As main purpose, this software provides a support for the institute to reduce the existing errors rate and the procedures costs, thereby, avoiding the occurrence of miscellaneous negative events that may come forward.
